Note under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): In disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court conciliation may be requested (§ 191f BRAO) from the Conciliation Body of the German Bar (s-d-r.org), attached to the German Federal Bar. I am willing to take part in such proceedings.
